Today, I will share an amazingly easy to cook Fried Rice recipe in Indo-Chinese Style. In India, there are so many different varieties of fried rice that it will blow your mind. You can try other varieties like Chinese fried rice, Scwezan fried rice, egg fried rice, vegetable fried rice, Chicken fried rice.

The style I am describing here does need Chinese sauces as it is more of an Indo Chinese flavored dish, to be honest. Heat some oil in a hawk or a pan, and add the Chopped onions and cook them properly but be careful as we don’t want them too brown, just translucent enough. Then add ginger garlic, bay leaf, and green chilies and give it a nice mix for five mins. Switch off the gas. |

It’s time to boil the soaked rice. Boil at least 6 cups of water and add one tbsp salt with one tbsp of oil as well. Once the water begins to boil, add the soaked rice into it and lets it cook for about 10-15 mins and drain right after that, and keep it aside. |

Now heat the masala and add soaked rice into it and add all powder masala with sauces in required quantity. Be sure that salt is not added too much at once, as we are using vinegar as well. Continue to mix everything very well. |

You can always add veggies of your preference. If you do not wish to add sauces, you can always prepare it in full Indian style with using only whole spices and powdered spices, taking garam masala as the prior ingredient. |
