1/4 cup yogurt

1 medium chopped capsicum

1 medium chopped Onions

1 medium chopped Tomatoes

2 chopped Green chilies

1 tsp Grated ginger

handful Chopped Coriander leaves

for shallow frying Edible Oil

Directions
Uttapam recipe is a south Indian dish which is prepared of a nutritious batter of soaked rice, and urad dal blended. This is the similar batter which is used to make idli and dosa. Uttapam is a delicious, light and very healthy dish that you can have for breakfast with some coconut chutney or sambhar on the side.

In a big bowl, take 1 cup of semolina, also known as Rava. Into this add ¼th cup of yogurt and mix well. |

Keep it aside for at least 20 minutes. |

You might need to add some water again, its okay. You can always add ½ cup more water if need be. |

Now, take a non-stick pan and turn on the heat to high. Drizzle few amount of oil on it and allow it to get warm. |

Pour some oil on the sides of the uttapam and give it 2-3 minutes or so to cook nicely. |

Now, take it out on a plate and serve it with coconut chutney or tomato ketchup. |
