The style I am describing here does need Chinese sauces as it is more of an Indo Chinese flavored dish, to be honest. So without any further talks, let’s begin with the step by step Fried Rice Recipe.
Heat some oil in a hawk or a pan, and add the Chopped onions and cook them properly but be careful as we don’t want them too brown, just translucent enough. Then add ginger garlic, bay leaf, and green chilies and give it a nice mix for five mins. Switch off the gas.
It’s time to boil the soaked rice. Boil at least 6 cups of water and add one tbsp salt with one tbsp of oil as well. Once the water begins to boil, add the soaked rice into it and lets it cook for about 10-15 mins and drain right after that, and keep it aside.
Now heat the masala and add soaked rice into it and add all powder masala with sauces in required quantity. Be sure that salt is not added too much at once, as we are using vinegar as well. Continue to mix everything very well.
You can always add veggies of your preference. If you do not wish to add sauces, you can always prepare it in full Indian style with using only whole spices and powdered spices, taking garam masala as the prior ingredient.
To top it up, garnish with spring onion and serve it hot. You will surely love this Fried Rice Recipe.
