1/2 tsp Red chili Powder

Handful Chopped Coriander leaves

2 tbsp juice Lemon
Directions
Bread upma is an easy to make a recipe for breakfast or something that you can try for your kid’s school tiffin. People in the south tends to make it more, and now it is famous almost everywhere in the country.

Take 5-6 slices of bread and cut it into small pieces, do not worry about shape and size. And keep it aside. |

Now, in a pan or a kadhai, heat some oil up. Add in mustard seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida and urad dal. Mix everything for a while and 5 minutes later add chopped onion. |

Once onions are translucent, throw in the chopped tomatoes and mix well. Add some salt so that the tomatoes start to cook faster. |

Now add the chopped bread pieces and mix everything very well. Sprinkle some water here and mix again. |

Add some chopped coriander and squeeze a lemon. |
